We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Physical items are stored, packaged, and shipped by K.M. Laumann and are ordered from various suppliers. For all physical goods, you are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name. K. M. Laumann and WhimsiQuill Books LLC are not responsible for delivery of items to the wrong address or person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Please, if you have made an error with your delivery address, notify us as SOON AS POSSIBLE. Once the items are dropped off at the carrier, we are unable to make any changes.
